1. Minced Meat (Chicken / Mutton / Beef) -500 g
2. Chick pea – 100 g
3. Ginger paste – 2 Tablespoon s
4. Garlic paste – 1 Tablespoon
5. Chopped Onions – 1 cup (250 ml sized cup)
6. Egg – 2 Pcs.
7. RADHUNI KABAB MASALA – 12 g or 5 Teaspoons
8. Water – 4 cups (250ml sized cup)
9. Salt to taste
10. Cucumber
