METHOD
1. Using a whisker, place Group 1 in a mixing bowl.
2. Whisk for approximately 1 minute on 1st speed.
3. Whisk further for 7 minutes on 3rd speed.
4. Blend in Group 2 for 1 minute on 1st speed.
5. Deposit 350 g into a greased cake mould.
6. Bake at 180±5°C for 30 minutes.
